Age Restrictions
November 1 – April 30 Age Policy
Stillwater Preserve operates as an adult-only community from November 1 through April 30. We understand that family is important; therefore, registered guests may host grandchildren or minor family members for short visits. Please contact the office for additional details.

April Event Exception
During April, certain Spring Rally events may allow guests under 18. Please inquire for dates and guidelines.

May 1 - October 31 / All ages are welcome inside park, pool area. Our clubhouse has a 18+ pool table, sand shuffleboard table and a 18+ gym. Under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while inside clubhouse or pool/ spa area at all times. NO ONE UNDER 18 ALLOWED IN SPA AT ANYTIME.
