Age Restrictions

​

November 1 - April 30 / We are an all adult community during this time.  We understand that family is important. Therefore, registered guests may host grandchildren or minor family members for short visits.  Please contact the office for more information regarding this policy.

April Event Exception

During April, certain Spring Rally events may allow guests under 18. Please inquire for dates and guidelines.

 

May 1 - October 31  / All ages are welcome inside park, pool area.  Our clubhouse has a 18+ pool table, sand shuffleboard table and a 18+ gym.  Under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while inside clubhouse or pool/ spa area at all times.  NO ONE UNDER 18 ALLOWED IN SPA AT ANYTIME.

                   
 

ARRIVALS – DEPARTURES – RESERVATIONS:

Check In Time: 12:00pm - 5:00pm (If you arrive after 4:00pm YOU MUST CONTACT OFFICE with arrival time due to gate being locked.  NO CHECK INS after 8PM
Check Out Time – 11:00am
No refunds for early departures, late arrivals or no shows.
All guests must sign in or register at the office.
 

Cancellation Policy

 

We value every guest who chooses Stillwater Preserve and understand that plans sometimes change. Because our winter sites and park models fill quickly, the following policies apply:

RV Site Reservations

  • Cancellations made by August 31, 2025:
    Your $500 deposit will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made after August 31, 2025:
    The full deposit becomes non-refundable.
     

Park Model Reservations

  • 100% Payment required

  • Cancel on or before Aug 31 → 90% refund (10% fee)

  • Cancel after Aug 31 → No refund
     

Our Park Models are extremely limited and book far in advance, especially during the winter season. Because cancellations often occur too late for us to re-rent the unit, we require a firm cancellation policy to ensure availability and fairness for all guests.

Unlike standard RV sites, Park Models function more like vacation rentals — once reserved, they are unavailable to others and remain empty if the guest cancels. The strict policy helps us keep rates reasonable, manage high demand, and maintain our commitment to guests who plan their stay months ahead.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage guests to secure travel insurance if concerned about unexpected changes.



Daily & Weekly Bookings

Winter Season (October 1 – May 1)

  • Cancellations made by August 31, 2025:
    Full refund minus 10% of the total booking.

  • Cancellations made after August 31, 2025:
    No cash refund
     

Summer Season (May 1 – September 30)

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival:
    Full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival:
    No cash refund.

VEHICLES:

One RV/Motorhome and two cars/trucks are allowed on each site. The RV/Motorhome must be 10 years and in excellent condition. Any older RV/Motorhomes must provide recent dated photo of all 4 sides. NO TRUCK CAMPERS ALLOWED.
 

WASHING OF VEHICLES:

Bucket washing of RV’s and vehicles is permitted.
 

POOL AND CLUBHOUSE HOURS:

8:00am – 8:00pm unless there is a special event.
 

WASHERS AND DRYERS:

Washers and dryers are available in the laundry room and are credit card or app operated
 

PETS:

Pets are permitted, size and breed restrictions apply. All pets must be quiet and friendly. No aggressive dogs allowed. All Pets must be kept on a leash! (6 feet or less). Pets should not be left outside unattended or tied up. Cats must be kept inside. No pets in public buildings. We have a wonderful dog park.  Pet fences are allowed on the site (not on grass)
 

GOLF CARTS:

Golf carts are allowed (all operators must have a valid drivers license).

 

A full set of guidelines will be given to you at check-in.
